This 1900 Historic Victorian was rebuilt from the ground up, including a complete restoration of the façade. The original two unit building was converted to a four story, three unit luxury residence complete with a rooftop deck and newly excavated three car garage.

A new airspace condo was added at the top floor, leaving the two existing units under a separate parcel which allowed a fast track condo conversion. Each of the new units consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with modern amenities.
